Funghi Salmone: Salmon, garlic mushrooms in bechamel and topped with mozzarella cheese

Fegatini di pollo napolitano: Chicken livers pan fried in a tomato, chilli and garlic sauce

Tagliatelle al Forno: Ribbons of pasta with onions, mushrooms, peppers in a creamy cheese sauce served with sautéed vegetables (V)

Pollo alla Marsala: Strips of chicken fillet served in a cream, onion, mushroom and marsala wine sauce served with sautéed vegetables

Stufato di Agnello con Cipolline: Lamb stewed in red wine and shallots served with sautéed vegetables

: Affogato, which means “drowned”. It’s the ultimate rule-of-opposites dish, made with deep, dark-roast espresso coffee and simple white vanilla ice cream – a yin-yang culinary affair
